Prepare for your exam in a professional manner

Our language school invites you to participate in a year-long course to prepare for the eighth-grade English exam.
The course is aimed at eighth-grade students, both those attending our school and students from other educational institutions.

The aim of the course is to systematically prepare participants for the exam, to develop their language competence and to increase their confidence in using English in an exam context.

Course programme

The course includes full-time classes taught in small groups, focusing on all key exam topics such as:

• grammar and language structures
• exam vocabulary and phraseology
• reading with comprehension
• listening with comprehension
• writing a written statement (letter, e-mail, situation description)

Each class combines theory and practice, including mock tests and exam tasks, allowing students to become familiar with the form of the exam and prepare effectively for it.

Form and organisation of activities

The course takes place at our school premises, with the possibility of adjusting the hours to fit in with participants' school schedules.
Classes are taught by experienced English language teachers who have practice in preparing students for school examinations.

The course includes 2 lessons per week, spread over weekdays after school, and preparation for mock tests every month.

Date and cost of course

Course commencement: 10 October 2025.
Duration: until May 2026.
Cost of attendance: £1,950

Price includes:

• all residential classes
• teaching materials
• mock tests and progress assessment
• consultations with the teacher, if necessary

Enrolment is open to students from our school as well as students from other institutions.
